I make it with "Riced" potatoes, Grated Corned Beef (Place tin in fridge for two hours before grating), onions and herbs. Sometimes I add some white haricot beans(Not Baked Beans). Cook spuds, mix in other stuff and make into cakes (patties) which I then dip in egg, roll in flour and fry in a little hot olive oil. Goes well with bacon or sausages as an alternative to bubble and squeak.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

I don't know why but have been very lucky to have been invited and taken here for dinner tonight in the company of four gentlemen.    I am feeling very special tonight.  The food was delicious and I have been treated with such consideration.  A great fun evening.   cloud9:
