Corned beef hash for lunch today as all at home and bloody freezing without central heating. I suggested Quorn Beef Hash for the THW..... she was not amused!

Cherry tomato, basil and parmesan quiche ( home made ) , artichoke salad and roasted baby potatoes with mint and parsley
