Oh Noes!

But a sprinkling of Cayenne on the top makes it look nice and adds a little more "bite"
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Meanwhile, the Cauli.Cheese is doing nicely, the way I've always cooked it  angel1. Wholegrain mustard, no spices but a dollop of soured cream and no breadcrumbs.
