Looks good but a fair distance from your home stamping ground. I trust your daughter treated you as it was your birthday or was it the old 'lets go out for a meal dad oh and by the way your're paying'.

 Have eaten several times in the Wavendon Arms. cloud9:

I'll travel many miles for a good meal Miss C. Oh yes, my little angel1 treated me, and tries to each time, we have had arguments in the past where she or I have left the table to pay the bill before the other realises it has been done

Having just looked at the Wavedon Arms website, the site and menu looks extremely similar to the flying horse one  rubschin:

Pork tenderloin, mashed taters, veg and home-made mushrooom sauce like. I don't normally do supermarket meat, but the tenderloin was from Asda and surprisingly the best I've ever had
