We had Salmon in Hollandaise Sauce, Lemon Potatoes and Green Beans.

The weather was kind, no call-outs, so an excellent time was enjoyed. Food as expected was amazing, service was excellent, I have to find the recipe for that Christmas crumble in particular. That's the first time anybody has cooked Christmas dinner for me and I have to admit that I missed cooking it and the smells coming from the kitchen as it nears completion
