I am gonna make chicken tikka massala like....  cloud9:

If any of you ever find a CTM recipe that remotely resmbles the flavour of one you get in the injuns, let me know, cos I haven't found one yet

Anyhoo, smoked salmon and prawns with tagliatelle here tonight

Go to any Injun takeaway with an "open" kitchen and watch how they do it.
They only ever have a few pots and pans. Everything is cooked in the same pot without any washing up between dishes. That, I suspect, is how they achieve the "unique" flavour.  The six to eight pints you had before going to fetch your takeaway prolly helps too.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Next time you see a cat run over on the road, pop it in the car. . .

The pepperoni pizza I was going to have last night but didn't because I felt stuffed (training) and bunged back in the freezer ... oh, and salad  angel1

I was going out to eat tonight...

But after a hot shower and cold beer I couldn't be arsed...

So I made bacon and egg sandwiches instead....  redface:

The thing about fish, in my humble opinion, like, is that if it tastes or smells fishy it's off. Don't touch it  noooo:

Fresh fish, broiled, grilled, poached, steamed or whatever is almost sweet, plumptious and delicious  cloud9:
