Anyhoo, smoked salmon and prawns with tagliatelle here tonight

Go to any Injun takeaway with an "open" kitchen and watch how they do it.
They only ever have a few pots and pans. Everything is cooked in the same pot without any washing up between dishes. That, I suspect, is how they achieve the "unique" flavour.  The six to eight pints you had before going to fetch your takeaway prolly helps too.

The thing about fish, in my humble opinion, like, is that if it tastes or smells fishy it's off. Don't touch it 

Fresh fish, broiled, grilled, poached, steamed or whatever is almost sweet, plumptious and delicious
