Much as I like cheese, it doesn't like me, so I tend to go for the mild mozarella, but I only use it in the meatballs and sit 1/4 of a ball on the escalope as it cooks in the pan. Just as the meat is cooked, the mozarella has melted

The only other time I tend to have cheese is mozarella, tomato and basil salad with Waitroses Champagne French dressing drizzled over it. Now that I could eat every day of summer  cloud9:

Eldest took us out tonight... I was going to have scampi as Ive never had it before but chose Chicken Giglio Romano and Salad and Garlic Bread.  Was delicious.  And glass of Cab. Sauv.   cloud9:

I have eaten scampi and chips often in the past with no ill effects...

Yet I am now led to believe that scampi is a form of prawn...something I have eaten in the past only twice...with disastrous results... sick2:

Is scampi a prawn??
