Scampi, last of the Anya potatoes, and petit pois .... no cheese Nick

I have eaten scampi and chips often in the past with no ill effects...

Yet I am now led to believe that scampi is a form of prawn...something I have eaten in the past only twice...with disastrous results... sick2:

Is scampi a prawn??

Depends .........most scampi now is mushed up bits of crap prawns ........

Yeah...but I can eat it...without throwing up...so am I allergic to prawns or not, doctor?

I've heard of them being called Dublin Bay prawns on a number of occasions, and also as Norway lobster. This page seems to confirm it
