I ran the risk of being chastised by Nick and Tipsy and had pork meatballs stuffed with mozarella again

Oh we had Roast Pheasant,  crushed garlicky new pots and salids (four different sorts)

The children wanted a special lunch for Mother's Day ..... guess who ended up in the kitchen ..... The boys did set the table and the THW turned out of her bedroom to say "What have you done for me?"  ::)

You should have seen her face when I whipped a pasta and veggie bake out of the oven and plonked it on the table in front of her with a merry "Help yourself to the salids".  angel1

Followed it all up with individual moulded jellies (yes we have a set of individual copper jelly moulds  redface:) topped with whipped cream and a very cheffy sprig o' mint!

THW demanded to know if the jellies were veggie friendly ~ yes they were!
No animal gelatine!

I said I would not cause a row today didn't I? angel1
