Anyone got any good tips on doing rice so that it comes out not too sticky or waxy?

We've used one of these for years.



Perfect rice every time. Also includes a steamer for fish or veg so virtually the entire meal cooks at one go. Just add sauce as you plate it up.  whistle:
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Trying to stuff / roll a flattened chicken breast with cranberry 'n' cheese and then cover it in bacon (pancetta substitute) ...  surrender:. It's looking a right mess  noooo:
