When I read or hear 'Mayonnaise' I always associate it with Officer and a Gentleman...

I associate it with fillums too ...

"Mayonnaise have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord"  redface:

She is trampling out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored.

... and doing a bloody good job from what I can see  whistle:

A full-bodied taste, even if a little tart.

 drumroll:

So...I was wandering over Gloucester Cross today... Pedestrianised for years, no traffic, and every Friday they have a farmers market set out with stalls and various people selling their wares...bit like the olden days, Darwin would know…and I came across this pie lady selling, yes, pies... Mrs Miggins was her name... ;D

She was obviously smitten by my smouldering good looks and our eyes met...'You want a pie deary?' she said, seductively and raised one eyebrow  or two eyes:...she reminded me of someone, she had dark hair and she was wearing a flowing white robe...(it could have been an apron)…I was transfixed...'Yes please’...I was spoilt for choice but she recommended the Thai Chook Pie if I wanted something ‘hot’ for later… whistle:

I was hooked and bought said pie. She deposited the pie in a nicely decorated box, together with two sausage rolls to tide me over…

Then bloody charged me seven quid… evil:

However, I have just eaten said pie and it was delicious,  cloud9: so alls well that ends well, as my mother used to say… happy088

anyhoo...www.pieminister.co.uk is emblazoned on the box...
