Speaking of tubes, got eleventeen gallon of water in the kitchen. Summat somewhere has busted. Think it might be the washing machine but not sure. Would happen over bank feckin holiday weekend. Looking for a man to come fix it now. Been mopping for 3 days!!!   cussing: cussing: cussing:

thank you BM. he's a very bad man. Anyhoo, HE managed to move the washing machine out so we could have a look-see, and its not good news. No leak! The water is also running outside the house so we now believe it to be a cracked pipe within the wall.  noooo:
Landlord cometh tomorrow, just have to keep moppin til then like.
