I had this tonight courtesy of Gennaro Contaldo on Saturday morning kitchen earlier today. I had to alter it though because Morrisons had no sea bream, so I used sea bass, and instead of the courgette salad, I had new taters, carrot and purple sprouting broccili.

I can honestly say that it was the best fish dish I've ever tasted. I am replete  cloud9:

Oh, and a post script to Friday night's small bit of entertaining, the guests brought a lovely bottle of Cranberry pressé because they're both not drinking ... within 5 minutes of arrival their beloved child had managed a right hook and sent of full glass of said beverage over the carpet  evil:   noooo:
