Yes & Yes  angel1

I forgot to mention it was a free range chook and the cauliflower was still growing yesterday morning. The spuds came from Cheshire and the carrots ditto.

I have to say, the recipes I looked at didn't look appetising, and the images on Google were much the same. That said, I like black pudding and tripe... which reminds me, the local Morrisons are now selling tripe and pork cheeks. Is this a sign of people sourcing cheaper foodstuffs I wonder.   rubschin:   Not that I've ever priced pork cheeks  confused:

Pigs Cheeks = Bath Chaps (Me Dad loved 'em)

For which the Bath area was once famous.

I had them once at what was described as an organic pub, here . The village was right in the middle of an organic farm, did organic food which was always excellent, and organic beers. Having just viewed those menus again I have the urge to revisit  cloud9:

I have tried Kimchi just the once at a restaurant in Seoul having read up about it ...  noooo:

The whole meal was verging on the disgusterous but perhaps the Kimchi made the braised Spaniel more palatable  noooo:

I recall great quantities of beer following and an embarrassing Karaoke moment or two  redface:

Their beer is the only redeeming feature, or maybe it is just the contrast.  noooo:

See also an embarrassing moment on the seafront in Pusan involving raw fish, wasabe and sogu  redface:

The sogu eventually numbed the whole upper body  razz:
