Tonight I have made a hooooge carrot cake with walnuts and stuff in covered in rich butter icing and soaked in a sticky sugary syrup  cloud9:

I have also made oat, pistachio and honey cookies  cloud9:

I have also made chocolate biscuit cake  cloud9:

The cookies sound great Miss D. I love carrot cake and make it quite often but have never heard of it being soaked in syrup.  Can you point me in the direction of the recipe, I have a few events coming up at which cakes will be needed.

re-heated home made Indian curry with spicy rice and  naam bread. It should be naan bread but I gave it too long in the oven and it looks napalmed...
