One of the wimmin from the gym asked if fancied a coffee after gym tonight. Sat and chatted to her for a likkle bit. I don't think her preference is for men  scared2:

I got so pissed off with tasteless supermarket veg this week I cycled over to Borough Market this morning   redface:

I did the food shopping at John's emporium in Cheltenham today.. then came home and have made a large pan of soup (it has a round lettuce in it but it is in disguise).  And beef stew for tomorrow.... cos I plan on going on a loooooonnnng bike ride tomorrow, really early.  cloud9: cloud9: cloud9:

The eldest is on a call out so will serve the soup as a base and add a meaty sausage and slices of granery bread with it when he gets back.  cloud9:
