Steak and chips.... out like.

Stir-fry, in like. One pan, a frying pan, Teflon based metal handle, glass lid with metal handle and rim, small metal coated steam hole.
I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.

This is not just an ordinary pan ..... this is an M&S Teflon based, metal handled, glass lidded with metal handle and rim, small metal coated steam hole in the lid pan. ::)
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Roast chicken and veggies with tons of garlic cloud9: cooked in appropriate roasting tin and basted with a wooden spoon. The brocc will be coooooooked in a saucepan (no sauce) with a glass lid and some vent holes cloud9:

Lettuce, olives, cuc, toms, grated carrots, fried onions, chicken fillet sliced.  And a mug of tea. Twas very much delicious.  AND   sympathy and condolences from various members of the family on hearing that I ran over my phone on the carpark at work today.   ::) evil:
