If you do carrots, dont use apple. Whether you are boiling or steaming them, peel an orange and add the skin to the water/steamer. keep it in big lumps so you can take it away when the carrots are done. Also, add a little sugar to the water if you are boiling them, honestly you will taste the difference. yummy.  :thumbsup:
