fukd it up... made homemade chips (not fried)....mushrooms in garlic butter, fried onions and steak. made a GORGEOUS reduced wine and mustard jus (?) then burned my fingers and dropped the sauce! oopsy.  sad32:

I watched it too, quite good I thought. Only eaten there once it was yumster. cloud9:  Don't suppose they do mushy peas with deep fried Mars Bars with curry sauce.

The kitchen here is freezing, the heating in there is useless, it's a  most unpleasant place to be. So food has been a tad strange for the last few days.  Food prep done in lounge then quick dash to kitchen to shove it into the oven as quickly as possible.  Leave for 1-2 hours dash in serve and dash out again. It's no wonder I have man flu. noooo: house maids knee as well I'll be bound. sad24:
