I've made another soup ... this time roasted butternut squash, red pepper 'n' onion, then blitzed with some chicken stock

Initially, then into the casserole dish and into the oven. Second pan for carrots, mange tout, sugar snap peas; and the curly kale in the steamer above all that... OK  :thumbsup:
