slow cooked spare ribs in my yummy chinese sauce (loads of ginger and chillies and honey) and special egg fried rice. may have some fun frying up some prawn crackers.

There is a lickle shop opened near us that sells all authentic asian/indian??? ingrediients. Don't know what half of them do and the little guy at the counter speaks no english but have been enjoying sampling the goodies and cooking up some wicked meals.
