Tonight is the first night of Summer eating, lettuce grapes and a banana.  Marco Pierre W's last night/this morning so it was excess excess excess.  redface:

An hour and half in the gym followed by Lettuce, grapes, toms, cuc, red pepper, salmon.  And shared a couple of bottles of Elephant River Cab Sauv Shiraz which at £4.49 from Morry's was a good buy.  No socks.
