Bought some beautiful Brussels Sprouts today but ate most of them before they made it to the fridge....  redface:

500F is 260C ..... About the max oven setting.
Gasmark 9 is 475F, hence my guess about 10.

Perhaps US degrees Fahrenheit are smaller than Imperial degrees, like their Gallons?
