Chicken (marinaded in chilli sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger) veg and roasted tats.

Assorted veg, stir-fried with an oyster and spring onion sauce, all topped with slice of lightly oven cooked salmon fillet with a chilli, lime 'n ginger sauce!
