just prepped my chicken for tonight's roast. Its huuuuge!!!!! I cant get the lid on the roasting tin. noooo:
It will feed hundreds so our doors are open tonight if anyone fancies roast chicken. also with cauliflower cheese, red cabbage with bacon, sweetcorn and tatoes.
