Colombo Pork Curry on the hob bimbling nicely. Got carrots, mango, sweet potato, bell pepper and a scotch bonnet in it along with a fair old mix of spices/herbs/sugar/limejuice/onion/garlic.

Oh, and pork! (but no cider - not. A drop!)

Promises to be interesting!
