Gammon, chips and pineapple here

Succulent thick gammon, not at al salty, home made chips (I can't remember when I had them in a pub) and a thick slice of fresh pineapple done on the griddle, all accompanied by a pint of Hobson's Mild. Pubs like this shoud be treasured, friendly locals, good beer, great food, and great prices. I commend it to the house

Chicken en croute, chicken in pesto flaky pastry parcel with roast pots and chorizo and french beans in a tomato sauce.  Was very nice.  cloud9:

"Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end."

Well, someone had to say it!
