Lamb and all the usual trimmings at The Barge again. Today was "hippie central", a great colourful mix of people there, great food, great beer   cloud9:

Afterwards I took the short drive to Caen Hill, never been there before, 29 locks in two miles over a 72m drop/rise and it takes 5-6 hours for a barge to go through them all, just as well nobody's in a rush. Great piece of engineering. That's another little box ticked off  :thumbsup:





Still to do the Falkirk Wheel though

As I went out for lunch on Sunday, last night I did the smoked haddock risotto recipe with a few added broad beans Pastis posted a few days back
