Something new from Morrisons wet fish counter ... a Salmon Swirl  rubschin: . A salmon fillet with soft cheese, spinach leaf 'n' parsley ... to be baked in foil...

Shame there are so few fishmongers around these days.

Got to say that of all the supermarkets, Morrison's seem to do the best fish IMHO. Luckily one of the guys on the fish counter at my local Morrys was a chef and always gives me good advice on how to cook the different fish

Pizza 'n' salad ...

Was just making a lemon and olive oil dressing... took the long arm squeezer down from the top shelf, cut the lemon in half, squeezed the first half, then the second, lifted the arm of the squeezer to discard the lemon and up came the whole thing ... tilting in slow motion ... knocking the cup containing the juice sideways and into the sink ... lemon juice >> plughole ...  noooo:
