I was gonna do the one you did, but they had no watercress. I could get bags of watercress and spinach, I could get bags of rocket, watercress and spinach, I could get bags of spinach, I could get bags of rocket, but not watercress  cussing: 

Life's too short to seperate the different leaves, so risotto primavera it is with lavender and honeyed chicken

I had similar difficulty with rocket ... organic rocket, value rocket, rocket & watercess ... eventually, plain rocket  ;)

Poached salmon, salad and; rosemary and lemon scented new potatoes (fresh lemon juice from lemons squeezed with a bog standard medium sized lemon squeezer like)  ;)
