If the spinach is fairly firm just drop some (uncooked) leaves into the pasta bowl. Boil pasta, add a tomato sauce and plop it on top of the spinach. The heat of the pasta and sauce will cook the spinach.  :thumbsup:

Alternative: Make a bechemel sauce, boil spaghetti. Put layer of spinach (uncooked) into a bowl or dish. Add a layer of sauce, a layer of spag, a layer of spinach leaves, a layer of sauce, a layer of spag and so on until you have at least three layers (four is better). Top with grated cheese (any old "mousetrap" will do) and bake in oven until cheese is browned. Slice and serve like lasagne.  :thumbsup:
