Me big fat chicken is gently roasting , only this time I actually remembered NOT too wash all the herbs and spices off.

Just part boiling me tatoes before sending them in with chicky.

Popadums with mango chutney and raita sauce, leftover chicken curry from last night (always tastes better the next day), basmati rice, garlic and coriander nan bread. one or two cobras and a litre of red...nom, nom, nom...
