peking chicken ( couldnt get duck) pancakes hoisin sauce (homemade) and trimmins. Also muchos vino so I can sleep through the frickin storm tonight.  :thumbsup:

Tonight, I am awaiting beef and salad.   And hope to follow it up with and hot pork sandwich or similar at a village bonfire with little un.  The eldest can't get back from work in time..... even though he went to work at 7.30 this morning.  cry:
