Not at all you cheeky whippersnapper! All constructured by mine own fair hand . . .

Smelling good - another 45mins at 110 in 't'oven and it'll be meltingly tender. Used an old fashioned cut - not too popular today but good all the same - Beef Skirt (no snide comments from the gallery neither thanks!)
