mince, onion, mushrooms, red pepper in tomata sauce is bubbling away in the oven.  And in a roasting tin there is beetroot, red onion, red pepper, sweet potato, little toms, carrots and parsnips.

Will you be roasting the beetroot, red onion, red pepper, sweet potato, little toms, carrots and parsnips in the roasting tin?  whistle:

Pork tenderloin browned in a pan then put into the oven until perfectly cooked.   Parsnips, onions and mushrooms into the pan and fried gently till caramelised.  Then deglazed the pan with Pommeau and added a small tub of single cream and cayenne pepper.  Served with carrots and mash.  All by me.  cloud9: cloud9: cloud9: cloud9: cloud9:
