a pan you say
Pork tenderloin browned in a pan then put into the oven until perfectly cooked. Parsnips, onions and mushrooms into the pan and fried gently till caramelised. Then deglazed the pan with Pommeau and added a small tub of single cream and cayenne pepper. Served with carrots and mash. All by me.
