He disappeared for 2 hours one day after meeting a shepherd. "I've ordered some halloumi from him" he said. I thought it would be a small chunk, oh noes. I have had to take a shelf out of the fridge to fit the bloody bucket in.
It's divine however. Not at all squeaky. Made halloumi ravioli the other night. OMG gooooorgeous.
