;D

This is MY rescippy and is thankfully cabbage free.  Being the shameless idle modest one it takes little time, has many opportunities to sample the ongoing creation and is of course the most wonderful.

And for the first time in writing:
1 tin chopped tomatoes, 100g mince, handful frozen peppers, half of 40g packet taco spice, slosh of beer (optional) to wash out the last of the tomatoes with.  Microwave 6 minutes.  Pour over melted cheese and Doritos, top with more Doritos and Tescos grated cheese, cook for a few mins at 200, rescue just before it burns - eat with beer or wine while watching footy.  Serves 2
