last day today. Just had brown rice for the first time. Who the fk eats that shit? Rank  sick2:

Lost 8lb in 7 days though. Never want to see another cabbage in my life. noooo:

Still, it was worth it. I feel amazing iniside and am back in my skinny jeans. Also, I have gone past the cravings bit so no longer want to bathe in cheese.

Think I'm going to make sushi tomorrow.
