[speculation mode]
Cheese, cream, onions, bacon, yoghurt, yesterday's left over fish, chocolate mousse and chillis all lovingly crafted in a hand turned sauce based on a half pot of marmite and some beef stock!

I'm told we will be eating light tonight  cry:  We ate light for lunch

Recipe:

Take two onions and dice small

Sauté For a few minutes until transparent

Add garlic

When fragrant add three 40w light bulbs and simmer for 15 mins (must be 40W -others won't work - and, above all, avoid "energy saving" variants - GM equivalent)

Season and serve over savoury rice!

Anyhoo, risotto, jumbo king prawns, collapso

Had my primavera risotto with haddock, with smoked haddock, with sea bass, but that's gonna be tried next time with a bit of garlic, parsley, lemon and white wine
