Some kind of organic (?) Farmer's Market beefburgers that I have 'rescued' from Sis's freezer. I recall she bought them for me earlier in the year and having forgotten to bring them home she stuffed them in the freezer. WTF is "rubbed oregano" anyway? Some kind of faux mediterranean recipe  rubschin:
I'll see how they fare with a baked spud and some salads ...

Leek and Potato Soup (with added turnips and parsnips).  Braised Lamb in prune and porter gravy, roasted butternut squash and carrots, creamed potatoes. All cooked by me.  Followed by white chocolate Easter Egg.   cloud9: cloud9: cloud9:
