Chicken and tarragon terrine - with a salad of baby spring vegetables, whipped truffle butter and sour dough wafers

Pan fried breast of duck  whistle: - wih cherry and feta pithivier, wilted watercress, sauteed runner beans and kirsch jus

Passion fruit and polenta sponge - with lime chantilly, raspberry compote and raspberries

'Twasn't bad  lol:

The JOM interpretation:

A 25mm diameter tube of chicken pate 100mm long, with two see-through slices of radish and two see-through slices of carrot on it, all sat on top of a 3mm thick slice of toasted bread

Three thick slices of duck breast, a mini cherry and feta cheese pie, 2tbs of spinach and 2tbs of runner beans, all surrounded by what I have to say was a wonderfully flavoured "gravy"

4 x 20mm cubes of sponge cake sat on 4 x blobs of lime zest flavoured cream with raspberries and juice dotted around it

Was tempted to stop at the chippy on the way home  redface:
