Awards do  ;D

Chicken and tarragon terrine - with a salad of baby spring vegetables, whipped truffle butter and sour dough wafers

Pan fried breast of duck  whistle: - wih cherry and feta pithivier, wilted watercress, sauteed runner beans and kirsch jus

Passion fruit and polenta sponge - with lime chantilly, raspberry compote and raspberries

Sounds nice ........did the winners get better food........ rubschin:

What about adding chestnuts?   They go well with both meat and mock meat.  Marmite does not really.

I am told we are having poached eggs on toasted crumpets with all sorts of other stuff excluding Marmite.   BBQ sauce will be involved
