Last night dinner was red snapper and prawns n stuff (Nick drank all the wine  noooo: ) ........tonight Miss T is making a madras ......... Thumbs:

Top Tip...

After chopping chillies, wash your hands before touching any personal bits, (especially Apey's...)  :thumbsup:

Ham and Lettuce Sarnies.  Made Smoked Haddock Tagliatelle for lunch, which was delicious.   cloud9:

Unfortunately, Little Un doesn't eat fish so had to make cheese sauce separately and another pan for the mushrooms, peppers, onions and another pan for the pasta and another pan for the fish.   noooo:

You pan-fried it?  whistle:

No one in their right (or even left) mind would pan fry smoked haddock!

No but they would use a pan to poach them in milk.     :thumbsup:
