It's warm so I feel a mid week curry coming on - a nice keema/mushroom with mushroom rice should hit the spot! Loads of onion/garlic/chilli, good minced lamb, plenty of nice ripe 'shrooms, generous spicing and it should see off the heat nicely. Cobra in the fridge chilling . . . . .

Chicken's marinading in lemon juice, garlic and thyme; having it with new taters and salad later... oh and Miss T's Caesar dressing, tastes lovely off the spoon
