Vietnamese night at the pub

God knows what that actually means for us but it'll be fun

scared2: scared2:

MASH?

 lol: lol: lol:

Looks like bangers and mash!  scared2:
Well it was seriously good.  Very tasty and spicy with good use of chillies and for meat eaters lots of use of chicken, pork and squid

Next time it's Zimbawbe

 Shocked:

That is a long way to go for an evening meal.  rubschin:

Yes I was amazed.  The chef at the pub does loads of research so I believe it was all genuine.  Yes Nick garlic was involved but not much.  Was really surprised to see chocolate is used there.

Seems though the Vietnamese do not do cocktails so they had to invent a Hanoi Hangover

= Lager (which they do do), Ginger, Lemongrass, Chillies, Cava and a few other ingredients.

Only had one so no hangover for me
Well, whatever, nevermind
