Take one pack of raw king prawns, one BULB of garlic, two red finger chillis (bird's eye chilli), a good handful of chopped curly parsley and a real glug of olive oil.

Cook prawns etc until pink, chuck in parsley, the juice of a lime and a slug of dry white wine - simmer for a minute.

Serve in warm dish with crusty bread!

Job's a good 'un - wot's not to like? (a bit unfriendly on the breath front tomorrow but then, WGAF?)

You won't be disappointed - the secret is in the BULB of garlic and a GENEROUS helping of chopped curly parsley. Good quality olive oil helps too . . .
