He said a BULB of garlic but I brought some garlic back from Frogland and the bulbs are the size of billiard balls  rubschin:

Yep! That'll do nicely!

I always ransack available garlic looking for a) large bulbs and b) bulbs with large cloves.

Can't have too much garlic! It's good for you.

Late ex FIL (not rubber) used to eat it raw. Swore by it as a means of warding off colds - which he rarely caught. Mind you, that was most likely because no-one got close enough to him to give him a cold due to the garlic fumes . . .
