Dinner tonight

Toasties!!! I finally found a proper toastie maker. All the cypriot ones are plain flat griddle things. I have wanted one with the little triangle sections so the toasties are sealed and all the melty yumminess stays inside. 

For years I have searched the land and Apey finally found me one today. 

Am deciding between cheese and branston sandwich pickle or cheese and beans. Oooooo, or both!  . ..........Both! nom nom nom . The excitement is too much!

Apey now wants me to put his pork chop back in the fridge cos he want a pile of ham and cheese toasties.


 We clearly dont get out much.

OOOO!! never thought of that. Have just bought some onions too.

what a frickin mess! my cheese and bean was clearly filled too much, one side bust and oozed out of the side of the toastie maker everywhere. one half all lovely, the other half empty and sad looking. however, I did scoop up the cheesy bean stuff as it was coming out and eated it.

  how the fuck do you clean these things?! 

the cheese has got in all the little spaces and set.  there is less cleaning up when I do a Sunday bloody roast.
