I let others do the hard work last night. Had a meal out with my youngest for her 30th birthday, my choices... Roasted mushrooms, cream & Pinot Grigio sauce, and crusty breadLamb rump, asparagus, chorizo, dauphinoise potato, peas, baby onions & jusMixed berry Eton mess & a Chambord drizzleAll very nice (the lamb was superb), great service, and wonderful companyTonight it's me doing the cooking, pork fillet, stuffing, yorksire puddings, dauphinoise taters, neeps, cauli, cabbage, fine beans and gravy
